Account & Login

I can't log in to my account. What should I do?

If you're having trouble logging in:

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection
  • Update the app to the latest version
  • If problems persist, contact our support team

How do I change my account information?

You can update your profile information by going to the Profile tab in the app, then tapping on 'Edit Profile'. From there, you can modify your name, profile picture, bio, and other details.

Video & Audio Issues

Why is my video quality poor or lagging?

Poor video quality could be due to:

  • Slow or unstable internet connection
  • High network traffic in your area
  • Device processing limitations
  • Background apps using bandwidth

Try connecting to a stronger Wi-Fi signal, closing background apps, or restarting your device.

My microphone isn't working during calls

To fix microphone issues:

  • Check if your microphone is muted in the app
  • Ensure KIMI has microphone permissions in your device settings
  • Test your microphone in another app to verify it works
  • Restart the app and/or your device

Notifications

I'm not receiving notifications

If you're missing notifications:

  • Check that notifications are enabled in your device settings
  • Verify that notifications are turned on in KIMI app settings
  • Make sure your device is not in Do Not Disturb mode
  • Check if battery optimization is limiting the app's background activity
